Sage
Benefits: Sage is renowned for its ability to reduce the severity and frequency of hot flashes. Its slightly cooling nature makes it a wonderful ally for this phase of life.
How it Works: Sage works as an astringent herb, helping to reduce excessive sweating, while its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties support overall vitality.
Black Cohosh
Benefits: This herb has a long history of use in managing perimenopausal symptoms, particularly hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings.
How it Works: Black cohosh contains phytoestrogens, which are plant compounds that can mimic estrogen in the body, potentially helping to ease symptoms associated with lower estrogen levels.
